Executive Chef

Specialized Recruiting Group is recruiting an experienced Executive Chef for an exciting opportunity to lead the culinary operations of a brand-new, upscale restaurant. This is a hands‑on leadership role for a chef who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences, developing high‑performing teams, and building an innovative culinary program from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead all kitchen operations, including daily service, staffing, scheduling, and food preparation. Create and execute seasonal menus and innovative recipes. Hire, train, mentor, and develop Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Pastry Cooks, and Stewards. Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency. Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Work closely with front‑of‑house leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Monitor kitchen performance, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency. Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on excellence and accountability. Qualifications 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience in a fine dining or high‑end steakhouse environment. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience with menu development, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations. Knowledge of dry‑aging techniques is a plus.
