Payroll Admin

Job Summary To process payroll, maintain payroll records, resolve all payroll issues, and provide back up for the Director of Total Rewards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with: garnishments, terminations, tax codes, audits, ADP security levels, Performance & Review module, and any new ADP modules. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in full cycle payroll in ADP WFN Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with multi state payrolls highly preferred Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals. Ability to write letters and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from all groups of employees, customers, and clients. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
