Compass Group is seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing operations, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This position is designed for a professional who can work independently from home while coordinating purchasing activities and collaborating with internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for company equipment, computers, office supplies, and operational materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with vendors.
• Review invoices, receipts, and procurement expenses.
• Develop and monitor purchasing budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier relationships and accurate procurement records.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments remotely.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and procurement systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines while working remotely.
• Must reside in the United States and meet the position's employment eligibility requirements.

Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary: $125,000–$135,000.
• Performance-based bonus, subject to the applicable compensation plan.
