Production Operator

Shipper / Production OperatorWe are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Shipper / Production Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in manufacturing, with no prior experience required, will train! You will be cross-trained to perform a variety of essential tasks in both shipping and production.Responsibilities Include:Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.Label packages accurately and generate shipping documentation.Load and unload trucks.Maintain accurate shipping records.Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.Operate and monitor production machinery.Assist with machine setup and changeovers.Perform quality checks on products.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety procedures and guidelines.Assist with other production tasks as needed.Perform other duties as assigned in both shipping and production areas.Skills/Qualifications:No prior experience required; training will be provided.Strong work ethic and positive attitude.Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.Good communication skills.Ability to lift and move materials as needed.Reliable and punctual.Shift:2nd & 3rd ShiftPay:$20.75 per hourIf you are a hardworking and dependable individual looking for an entry-level opportunity in manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
