• Office Location: Fort Dodge (may be some flexibility within coverage area)
• Employment Status: Full-Time, Exempt
• Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Weatherization, LIHEAP, Outreach, and Housing programs.
• Supervise and support program department leaders and managers.
• Monitor program goals, performance measures, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Oversee grants, budgets, reports, and program-related documentation.
• Develop and maintain program procedures and operational guidelines.
• Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of program staff.
• Represent UDMO at community, state, and national meetings and training events.
• Provide guidance and support to staff to promote quality client services.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard business software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the service delivery area and attend meetings as required.
• Valid Iowa driver's license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
