Client Services Director, Housing & Weatherization Programs

UDMO seeks a Full-Time Client Services Director to provide leadership, administration, and compliance oversight for Weatherization, LIHEAP, Outreach, and Housing programs. This role guides staffing, budgeting, grant management, and program procedures to ensure effective service delivery and regulatory compliance.

The position reports to agency leadership and involves strategic direction, staff development, and community coordination within the coverage area.
