:

Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for greeting, directing, giving information to patients, visitors, and staff.

Schedule is M-F 8am to 4:30pm PG4

Primary Tasks:

• You will receive all incoming calls and personal visitors and determine the nature of the call or visit.
• Greet and direct all patients and answer routine inquiries.
• Receive mail and distributing to correct parties.
• You will maintain supplies/inventory
• Enter, access and retrieve data using the computer.
• Have other responsibilities as assigned within scope and competency of the associate.

Required Education and experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Required, i.e. Word, Excel
• Demonstrate and function under stressful situations
• Maintain knowledge of all policies and safety codes of the facility
• One year prior office experience
