Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer we're after thinks in systems, designs with intent, and ships work that elevates the whole brand. What sets the offer apart is trust — $65,000 - $90,000 and contract hours are nice, but the creative ownership is the headline. Key Responsibilities Hold the line on kerning while shipping at a contract pace Prototype interactions in Sketch and refine them through usability testing Set the typographic rhythm that ties a sprawling InVision library together Trace a thread from Lyft values to the smallest UI detail Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously without missing deadlines Reframe a tired product story until senior stakeholders lean forward again Pressure-test headlines against real audience reactions before anything goes live Shape the unboxing moment Lafayette buyers screenshot and share unprompted What You'll Bring Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery Willingness to relocate to Lafayette, LA, or to make remote work The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in Around 6+ years of hands-on experience in a creative role A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads 6 or more years steering creative projects end to end Clear thinking under the kind of pressure Lafayette, LA deadlines bring Most of Lyft still fits in one Lafayette building, and that fast-growing closeness is exactly why its creative work stays sharp. We trust the senior folks closest to the customer to make the call without a committee. From the $65,000 - $90,000 starting line, expect coaching that grows your Continuous Learning and benefits that quietly cover the rest of life. #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Innovation Corp
