Appliance Repair Technician

At Mr. Appliance we look for appliance repair technicians who can provide excellent customer service and high quality maintenance of household appliances. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing a wide range of kitchen and laundry appliances, estimating costs, handling parts, and collecting payment while communicating clearly with customers. Responsibilities As an appliance repair technician, you will: Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment. Provide cost estimates for repairs. Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed. Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials. Collect payment for work performed. Qualifications To succeed in this role you need: Exceptional Customer Service – be the face of the company and deliver a great customer experience. Getting from Diagnosis to Solution – help the customer understand what needs to be done. Quality of Work – critical thinking and problem‑solving to fix issues correctly the first time. Efficiency – manage time and complete repairs quickly. Punctuality and Reliability – arrive on time and fulfill customer needs. Pride in the Details – keep work vehicle clean, organized and maintain accurate customer information. Ongoing Training – actively research new appliances and pursue training opportunities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. One year or more of appliance repair experience is a plus. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $50.00 per hour, depending on experience. You also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
