Position Care Partner (PRN) Location Stow, Ohio Wage $18–$24 per hour Shift Schedule Flexible Responsibilities Advocate of Empathy: understand the importance of empathy and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments. Proactive: assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents. Positive, energetic attitude toward residents. Basic computer skills: printing documents, entering resident data. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop throughout the day. Ability to lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall care. Criminal background check required.
