Job Requirements: ICU / CCU Registered Nurse experience required Responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients required Supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated required Accountability to support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care required Competency of clinical staff required Appropriate resource management related to patient care required Experience with Cerner charting preferred Other Required Documentation: Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format) Two current clinical references Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months) TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months) Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted) Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations Must pass background check and drug screening What is our culture?
