Not Your Average Joe's is hiring a General Manager! Experience managing a full‑service restaurant is required. Job Overview As the General Manager of Not Your Average Joe's, you will oversee all aspects of the location, including hospitality, training, staffing, food quality, sanitation, and overall financial health of the restaurant. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will oversee all managers, chefs, and hourly positions, providing leadership and ensuring consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. You will be the lead in local store marketing and responsible for the overall financial results of the restaurant.
