HR Coordinator: Onboarding, Payroll & Compliance

What Drives Success As an HR Coordinator at Lennox NAS, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management. You will be responsible for assisting with HR initiatives, policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a productive and compliant workforce. This role will require a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and office administration skills, and a passion for helping employees thrive in our organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation. Act as a point of contact for employees' inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures regarding payroll and onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronically and in physical files. Generate reports and compile HR data as needed for compliance and decision-making. Assist in ensuring compliance with federal and state labor laws. Ensure I9 compliance with E-Verify Collaborate on various HR projects, such as change management, process improvement, and HR audits. Manage the weekly payroll process with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, meetings, and handling phone calls. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1-2 years of HR or related experience, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., SAP, Kronos, Great Plains (GP), iCIMS, HRIS). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. What We Offer Compensation : This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between ($41,000-$53,000 of MRP) annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for abonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
