RIGHT ACCORD is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality in-home care to clients in:

• Punta Gorda
• Port Charlotte
• Fort Myers
• Cape Coral

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and errands
• Follow the client's Care Plan and document services accurately
• Report changes in the client's condition to the office promptly

Preferred Experience

We are especially interested in caregivers with experience providing care for clients with:

• Dementia and Alzheimer's disease
• Parkinson's disease
• Post-surgery recovery needs
• Post-stroke care needs
• Mobility limitations
• Chronic conditions
• Personal care and companionship needs

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license or HHA certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Current automobile insurance
• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
• Willing to travel to client locations within the assigned service area
