Senior Desktop Support Specialist

Role Overview This role is responsible for providing onsite technical support for end users across the client, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related technology. What You Will Do The technician will assist with hardware deployments, asset management, technology refresh projects, and support operations at the Walkup Technology Desk. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, great customer service skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
