Address labor issues in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions. Requirements Licensed to practice law in California, Washington, or Oregon. Significant experience in traditional labor matters. Strong writing, analytical, and client counseling skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in California, Washington, or Oregon. Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work directly with employers on labor and employment matters.
