Senior Counsel, Renewable Energy & Project Finance

Clearway Energy is seeking a Counsel to advise management on legal aspects of utility-scale wind, solar, battery storage, and gas projects. This hybrid role requires a JD, a license to practice law, and at least 3 years of experience. You'll negotiate key project documents, manage outside counsel, and provide strategic legal support to ensure compliance and efficiency.
