Senior Counsel - Renewable Energy EPC & Procurement (Hybrid)

EDF power solutions North America is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to draft and negotiate complex engineering, procurement, and construction agreements for utility-scale wind and solar projects across North America. You will lead critical reviews of MSAs, BESS, trackers, inverters, transformers, and service agreements, while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient contracting processes.
