Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. Write repair orders accurately and efficiently. Present maintenance recommendations and repair needs professionally. Build customer trust through excellent communication and service. Monitor repair progress and provide timely customer updates. Maintain strong CSI and customer retention performance. Collaborate with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure a smooth service experience. Meet or exceed dealership sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred. Dealership experience highly valued. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive service sales. Experience with dealership management systems is a plus. Valid driver's license required. Preferred Experience Experience with domestic, import, luxury, hybrid, diesel, and EV brands is welcomed.
