Production Assistant

What You'll Do Support Project Development and Quoting Partner with Account Executives to build, update, and maintain project quotes. Input additions, update opportunity stages, and confirm project details throughout the sales process. Implement requested changes and communicate updates to the appropriate internal teams. Help Drive Accurate Financial Operations Review technician expense reports with Account Executives and help finalize billing activities. Complete final invoicing within established timelines. Support the accuracy of deposits, invoicing, credit applications, certificates of insurance, and collections activities. Coordinate Cross-Functional Communication Work with Account Executives, Account Managers, and internal departments to resolve questions related to quotes, contracts, and client needs. Help ensure project information is properly communicated and documented throughout the lifecycle of each opportunity. Manage Project Details and Resources Support project cost and margin management by following established processes and procedures. Coordinate labor requirements and scheduling updates with labor planning teams. Assist with equipment-related requests, including add orders, substitutions, and related project adjustments. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of administrative experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective time management and organizational skills. Adaptability in a changing, deadline-driven environment.
