Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Radflo Suspension Technology’s facility in Fountain Valley, CA. This role is responsible for leading and growing sales efforts across OEM, aftermarket, motorsport, and specialty markets, with a focus on shock absorbers and suspension solutions. Day-to-day activities include managing and developing key customer accounts, prospecting new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and fleet customers. The Sales Manager will prepare and deliver product presentations, create and negotiate quotes and proposals, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to align solutions with customer requirements. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, establishing sales targets and forecasts, maintaining CRM records, and providing regular sales reporting and insights to leadership. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, or business development, preferably within automotive, performance parts, or related manufacturing industries. Strong skills in customer relationship building, negotiation, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to understand technical product specifications and translate customer needs into practical shock and suspension solutions; comfort collaborating with engineering and production teams. Proficiency in sales CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track pipelines, forecast revenue, and support strategic decision-making. Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including racers, enthusiasts, distributors, and OEM clients. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in motorsports, off-road, or automotive performance markets is highly beneficial; familiarity with suspension systems and vehicle dynamics is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
