Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the Business Unit supporting enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proven experience in designing complex applications, and outstanding communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Culver City, CA

Contract on W2 (No C2C) Pay Range: $88.34

What's the Job?

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications following best practices.
• Oversee code quality, security standards, and application performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain awareness of Salesforce releases and features, implementing improvements accordingly.

What's Needed?

• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and other Salesforce technologies.
• 5+ years of experience owning architectural and technical decisions for reliable applications.
• Ability to serve as a technical advisor to business stakeholders, analysts, and project managers.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
• Proficiency in configuring and designing Flows and developing integration solutions using Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
