Tier 3 Operations Engineer - Hybrid, 24x7 Shift

ALTECH SOLUTIONS, LLC

ALTECH SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking a Tier 3 Operations Engineer in Springfield, VA, for 24/7 shift coverage on the TSA DISCOVER II program. You will be responsible for incident response, monitoring systems, and maintaining operational integrity across shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of IT operations support and experience with enterprise ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
