Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.25 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM Tue: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM Fri: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM Sat: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM Sun: 06:45 AM - 03:15 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify entry permissions in accordance with site protocols, assisting with visitor processing and directing individuals as needed. Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, communicating with site contacts, and following post orders related to property, equipment, and personnel movement. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
