About the role As an Outpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatment. You will play a key role in monitoring patient health, educating patients and families, coordinating care, and ensuring safe and effective dialysis treatments. What you’ll do Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment Educate patients and families about kidney care and treatment options Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Required Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Required Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain) Required Meet applicable state nursing practice requirements Preferred One year of RN experience Preferred Hemodialysis, nephrology, or chronic care experience Compensation Hourly Rate: $33.00-$50.00/hour (based on experience, location, skills, and qualifications) Equal Opportunity Fresenius Medical Care maintains a drug-free workplace in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
