Boutique Client Experience & Growth Leader

Summary The Client Development Manager is a boutique-based business leader and brand ambassador focused on delivering elevated client experiences, driving sales, and coaching a diverse in-store team. This role partners with the Boutique Director to develop the client base through market engagement, community partnerships, and events while maintaining operational and image standards. Responsibilities Spend time on the selling floor to coach, mentor, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional client service. Create a positive working environment that encourages feedback, diversity, respect, and teamwork. Provide initial and ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product knowledge, and service delivery. Lead the team using key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement and business results. Represent the brand in the market and develop the client base through community involvement, partnerships, and events. Requirements Minimum 5 years of related experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven people leadership and development skills with strong communication abilities. Passion for the brand, product knowledge, and commitment to client experience. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays. Ability to lift 15 lb and required in-store presence to manage boutique image and operations.
