Junior Financial Analyst

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
The role involves maintaining asset records and generating Gain/Loss reports for Client Wealth Management accounts. Key duties include addressing branch inquiries related to Gain/Loss topics such as account maintenance, 1099-B reporting, educational and regulatory insights, reconciliation discrepancies, and cost basis reporting. This often requires manual adjustments.
Requirements

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong time management, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Keen attention to detail and quality.
Sound judgment and decisive decision-making skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with experience in the financial sector.
Familiarity with accounting principles relevant to the financial industry.
Knowledge of process controls and proficiency in database and spreadsheet applications, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Office tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
