Remote IT Help Desk Specialist (On-Call)

The HT Group in Austin, Texas is looking for a customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join their dynamic IT services team. This role focuses on providing exceptional technical support while ensuring user satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as experience with Microsoft Windows and networking concepts. You will assist users with various technical requests, maintain communication with individuals experiencing issues, and log support tickets in their system. This position also includes participation in an after-hours on-call rotation. #J-18808-Ljbffr The HT Group
