Restaurant Manager

Overview Quality Branded is seeking a Floor Manager to join our team. Our managers must embrace a guest-first approach to service, thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and take pride in the space they work in. All managers are actively engaged on the floor during service and work closely with hourly team members to maintain service standards that focus on generosity, acknowledgement, flexibility, and efficiency for our guests. Outside of service hours, Floor Managers oversee the Front Door or Support teams, including scheduling, hiring, and training. Quality Branded is a fast-growing company with potential for growth across multiple locations in New York City and other markets. Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities Maintain service standards on the floor and collaborate with the hourly team to ensure guest-focused hospitality. Oversee Front Door or Support teams outside of service hours, including scheduling, hiring, and training.
