We are looking for a creative, aggressive, and results-oriented Social Media & Content Growth Manager who can help turn our construction projects, expertise, and jobsite activity into compelling content that generates attention, followers, homeowner inquiries, builder/GC relationships, and new projects. What You Will Do Social Media Manage and grow: Instagram TikTok Facebook YouTube LinkedIn Content Creation Create and publish: Instagram Reels TikToks YouTube Shorts Stories Jobsite walkthroughs Project progress videos Foundation and framing videos Owner/CEO videos Client/project stories Educational construction tips Frequently asked questions Trending construction content Develop a weekly and monthly content calendar. Identify: Strong hooks Trending topics Construction trends Viral formats SEO keywords Local Los Angeles opportunities Builder/GC topics Turn one piece of content into multiple platform-specific posts. Jobsite Content The ideal candidate should be comfortable visiting construction sites and filming original content. You may be required to: Interview the owner/foreman Record construction processes Photograph completed work Record short educational videos Organize the company's video library Editing Experience with tools such as: CapCut Final Cut Pro Photoshop AI video tools is preferred. Analytics Followers Reach Views Watch time Engagement Shares Saves Profile visits Website clicks DMs Leads Cost per lead when applicable Best-performing content We want to know what is working and why. Requirements The ideal candidate has: 2+ years of social media/content experience Excellent understanding of Instagram and TikTok Strong writing and communication skills Understanding of social-media analytics Experience with construction, real estate, architecture, remodeling, or related industries preferred Ability to create strong hooks Ability to work independently Ability to meet deadlines Professional communication Creative mindset Knowledge of AI content tools Strongly Preferred Local to Los Angeles Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others on camera Compensation Initial 30-day paid trial. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, portfolio, and responsibilities.
