Job Description

An employer is looking for a Workplace Coordinator in the Greater Seattle Washington area. In this role, the individual supports daily reception, lobby, front desk, and coordination activities while assisting with office events and workplace operations. They collaborate closely with team members to support visitor check ins, assisting outside vendors, guiding visitors to floors, ad hoc tasks, and provide coverage for colleagues during absences. On a day-to-day basis, they help identify and promote improvements to reception and event coordination processes, respond to workplace issues as they arise, troubleshoot check in systems, create temporary and permanent badge passes, greet visitors, and conduct regular office walks to report any observed concerns. The role also involves assisting with office logistics such as workspace set-ups, as well as assist the team with organizing and supporting related to special events or unexpected workplace scenarios. Additional tasks may be to assist in the mail room, distribute/organize mail/packages, guide deliveries and work with the security team. This person must have a great attitude, positive, and providing white glove customer service is a must. Additional duties are performed as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
