Our client, the United States' largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, has an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join their Office & Soft Services team in Bellevue, WA. This 3-month contract opportunity offers competitive pay, health benefits, and potential for extension.


This onsite position in Bellevue, WA offers a competitive pay rate between $24.00 and $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, and includes health benefits. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact at reception, greeting visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, issuing visitor/parking passes, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner to create a positive first impression.
• Escort visitors to their designated locations and follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to keep the building safe.
• Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders, addressing and resolving issues with vendors or staff as needed.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
• Provide general administrative support, including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
• Create customized client materials that follow company brand guidelines.
• Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers in a timely manner.
• Evaluate, recognize, and solve routine and non-routine issues within your work area using established procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall facility operations and assist in executing corporate events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in front-desk administration, workplace experience, hospitality, or customer service required.
• An established understanding of work routines and standards, applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with a robust, inquisitive mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing demeanor and the ability to explain detailed information clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting, planning, or executing corporate events.
• Proven track record serving as a brand ambassador in a high-touch customer service environment.
• Prior experience utilizing work order systems or managing vendor relationships.
