They are known for producing high-quality products that support critical healthcare and technology applications.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead and develop supervisors, leads, and production personnel.Oversee daily extrusion manufacturing operations and production schedules.Monitor productivity, scrap, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization.Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for production issues.Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and Quality teams.Support new product introductions, process transfers, and equipment upgrades.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.Manage staffing, training, and employee development activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
