Office Manager

Position: Office Manager Salary: 22-24/hr. Location: Onsite in Hopkins, MI Our client is a growing employee‑owned manufacturing company and they are seeking an Office Manager to join their team. This is a hands‑on role that combines accounting support, front‑office responsibilities, and customer service in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Process approximately 75–100 invoices per week. Perform three‑way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Assist with weekly check runs and other accounts payable activities. Support accounts receivable functions as needed. Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors at the front desk. Maintain accurate records within the ERP/accounting system. Provide administrative and team support across departments as business needs arise. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a related accounting role. Experience working with purchase orders, receiving processes, and invoice matching. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment. Positive, upbeat attitude with a willingness to help where needed. Associate degree preferred but not required.
