CORPORATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

The New York City, New York office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Corporate Associate for its Business Combinations and Capital Transactions Practice Group. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in M&A and general corporate transactions Experience representing clients on both buy‑side and sell‑side matters; domestic and cross‑border experience is desirable Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills New York or New Jersey bar admission or eligibility to waive Compensation The salary range for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job‑related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
