Key Abilities Understands hospital flow from check‑in → discharge Assigns techs strategically based on doctor style and caseload Anticipates bottlenecks before they happen Keeps surgeries and appointments running on time Builds and enforces protocols/SOPs Daily behaviors Adjusts staffing mid‑day when schedule changes Ensures rooms turn over quickly Keeps doctors moving forward (huge for production!) Coaching & Training Skills A lead tech is not just the best tech — they build better techs.
