Traveling Solar Project Manager (Southeastern US Region)

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Solar Field Project Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and completion of commercial solar projects throughout the USA. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage commercial solar installations ranging from 10 kW to 1 MW Supervise both rooftop and ground-mounted PV projects Coordinate subcontractors, installers, and commissioning activities Perform system commissioning and verify proper operation before project turnover Troubleshoot electrical, communications, inverter, and system performance issues Travel to project sites throughout the southeastern United States as needed We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
