This individual serves as the primary technology owner for executive meetings, town halls, board meetings, leadership summits, and other high-profile corporate events while also providing white-glove technical support to senior executives.The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with outstanding communication and relationship management skills. Success in this role requires executive presence, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to partner effectively with executive support personnel, business leaders, and technical teams across global regions.Executive Support:Provide outstanding white-glove technical support to senior executivesServe as a trusted technology advisor for executive meetings, presentations, travel, and critical business engagementsTroubleshoot and resolve technology issues with urgency and professionalismManage executive technology readiness by proactively monitoring devices, applications, meeting room technology, and collaboration toolsCoordinate with administrative assistants and executive support teams globally to ensure a seamless technology experienceHandle sensitive and confidential information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.Corporate Event Technology Ownership:Own end-to-end technology execution for corporate events, leadership meetings, town halls, customer briefings, and executive broadcastsDevelop and manage detailed “Run of Show” event plans, readiness checklists and audio/video systems setup and verificationCoordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, facilities teams, and production partners to ensure flawless event executionConduct technology rehearsals, risk assessments, and contingency planning for high-visibility eventsProvide onsite and virtual event support, serving as the primary escalation point for technology-related issuesMonitor event performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance the attendee and presenter experienceOperational Excellence:Drive incident resolution and problem management activities impacting executives and business-critical eventsCreate and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, and event standardsIdentify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and service optimizationCollaborate with infrastructure leaders to proactively address issuesTrack and report service metrics, event outcomes, and executive support performanceWhat Success Looks Like:Executives consistently receive proactive, responsive, and exceptional technology support.Corporate events are executed flawlessly with minimal disruption and high attendee satisfaction.Technology risks are anticipated and mitigated before they impact business operations.Strong partnerships are established with executive support staff, business leaders, and IT teams worldwide.The organization recognizes the individual as a trusted advisor who combines executive-level service delivery with exceptional technical expertise.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience in IT operations, executive support, and audio/visual technology.Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives for a fast-paced global enterprise.Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration technologies, meeting room systems, audio/video platforms, endpoint devices, and Microsoft 365 services.Experience planning and executing technology for high-profile corporate events.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.Provide support outside standard business hours when required for corporate events and service interruptions.About KLAWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
