Contract Recruiting Coordinator: High-Volume Scheduling

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll be essential to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both our candidates and hiring teams. You'll manage a high volume of interview scheduling and logistics, working with various disciplines across multiple time zones. Scheduling and Logistics Coordinate and schedule a high volume of Zoom screens and onsite interviews for various roles. Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to manage calendars and confirm interview times. Arrange candidate travel and accommodations, ensuring a seamless experience. Candidate Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders to confirm details and provide timely updates. Onboarding Coordination Initiate the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and systems access are completed promptly. Work with IT and other departments to ensure new employees have the equipment, software, and access they need on their first day. Tools, Systems, and Administrative Support Effectively utilize tools such as Lever, Outlook, and Zoom to manage scheduling, communication, and candidate data. Maintain and update candidate information within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever. Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills And Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting coordination experience in a dynamic, high-volume, customer-focused environment Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively across different time zones and with multiple disciplines. Prior experience with an ATS (ideally Lever), Outlook, and Zoom is required. A basic understanding of different visa types and immigration processes. A strong commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
