Turndown AttendantThe Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.Basic Purpose: Provides a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms by cleaning and refreshing the room in the early evening and preparing the room for the guest to sleep in.Essential Functions:Has a set number of occupied rooms to clean during a shift. Removes used towels and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom. Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot. Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed.Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests.Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed.Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Minimum RequirementMust be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day.Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, follow through, and work with a minimum supervision.Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English.Ability to exert physical effort consistent with cleaning assigned rooms as per the hotel standards.Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop; push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 30 lbs.Previous experience in housekeeping is strongly preferred.****Please note that due to the large number of responses we receive, only candidates being considered for the above position will be contacted for an interview.****What to ExpectBe part of a cohesive team with opportunities to build a successful career with global potential.Have the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging work.Derive a sense of pride in work well done.Be recognized for excellence.We pay a very competitive salary in Miami and offer a robust benefit plan.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
