Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Oregon license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any).

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience with Autologous Stem Cell Transplant and CAR-T therapy patients preferred.

Required Credentials:
Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past.

Special Requests:
RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with the network; former employees must have left in good status.

Shift & Scheduling:
No on-call required.
Every other weekend required.
Flexible contract hours: 48 hours per week available.
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN, and CNAs.

Floating Requirements:
May float to other units based on skill set and to PH&S facilities including Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent.
If floating consecutive shifts to Seaside, hotel accommodations will be offered.
Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
