Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments and construct individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

• Implement and administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring approaches are adapted to fit patient-specific goals and contexts.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate patient records that comply with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.
