Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and SLPAs to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates to families and staff
• Foster an encouraging and inclusive environment where all students can thrive
