Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for a contract-to-hire role in Navarre, FL, to support two maternity leave positions within a school setting. This position focuses on delivering specialized speech and language services through both teletherapy and in-person methods.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement effective communication plans
• Utilizing telespeech platforms to conduct remote therapy sessions when necessary
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports to ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations
• Participating in meetings related to student progress and special education services

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience in school-based speech therapy services, including telespeech delivery
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders commonly seen in school-aged children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt therapy approaches to individual student needs

This contract position spans from August 3rd through October 28th, providing an ideal opportunity to support two temporary maternity leaves while gaining valuable experience in both teletherapy and face-to-face service delivery within a dynamic educational environment.
