Work Hours: M-F, 8-5PM

Working Model: Onsite

Pay Rate Range: $15/hr -$19/hr on W2

Required Skills:

Experience in a professional work environment
Experience working with customer support a plus
Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Comfortable using computers.
