Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients referred by physicians to determine optimal treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic programs for a diverse range of patients, applying your expertise to enhance functional recovery.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to implement evidence-based practices that maximize patient outcomes.
• Deliver skilled physical rehabilitation services to patients, adapting your approach to individual needs and utilizing innovative methodologies.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric patients, neurologic disorders, and athletes requiring sports medicine interventions. Your understanding of each patient's unique journey will allow you to create individualized treatment plans that account for their specific needs and aspirations for recovery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Effective communication skills for both verbal and written interactions with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in digital documentation and word processing.
• A proven ability to build meaningful relationships with patients, demonstrating compassion and enthusiasm for improving their lives.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
