Position Overview

Kinetic Ease PT is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a full-time member of our outpatient care facility, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients towards recovery and optimizing their mobility to enhance their quality of life. This position requires a collaborative spirit, as you will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including fellow physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA).

Work Environment

This role is based in an onsite outpatient setting, which offers a collaborative environment where physical therapists work alongside a diverse team dedicated to patient care. Our facility is equipped with advanced therapeutic equipment and modalities, ensuring that you have access to the tools necessary to provide top-notch services. You will have the opportunity to see 2-3 patients per hour, focusing on personalized therapy interventions that enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify each patient's individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop comprehensive care plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's conditions and objectives.
• Implement effective treatment protocols, focusing on non-surgical options to reduce reliance on prescription medications.
• Provide manual therapy skills and techniques aimed at enhancing mobility, range of motion, strength, and overall function.
• Inspire and motivate patients as they engage in their rehabilitation process, promoting healthy living and active lifestyles.
• Track and analyze patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services and patient care using EMR software, such as WebPT.
• Collaborate with other medical specialists to coordinate patient care and share progress reports.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals seeking rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions. We cater to a broad spectrum of clients, including athletes, active individuals, and those recovering from surgical procedures. Our goal is to provide tailored therapy sessions that accommodate each patient's specific challenges and lifestyle, thereby enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills, with a keen understanding of various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in orthopedic outpatient care is preferred.
• Experience working with sports rehabilitation is a plus, given our focus on athletic care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to this attractive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
