Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both individual and couples therapy sessions to address and resolve complex family issues.

• Assessing clients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans that promote healing and understanding within relationships.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address challenges such as alcoholism, abuse, bereavement, family conflict, and workplace stress.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions when appropriate, collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including training in new therapeutic techniques and participation in case consultations.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with a diverse client population, including couples facing relationship difficulties, blended families navigating unique challenges, and individuals processing grief or trauma. You will also address issues like sibling rivalry, struggles with communication, and the impact of medical conditions on family dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
