Accounting Analyst II

Job Description The Accounting Analyst II will support the full monthly accounting cycle for the company, including posting journal entries, performing variance analysis, monitoring general ledger activity, and helping maintain accurate financial records across the business. This person will partner closely with operations and field teams, so they need to be comfortable explaining accounting-related items to non-accounting stakeholders. The team is newly operating in NetSuite and adapting to new processes after separating from their former parent company, so the ideal candidate will bring strong accounting fundamentals, openness to change, and ideally NetSuite experience to help the team strengthen processes and reporting.
