Moran Buick GMC of Sterling Heights is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do

• 
  

  Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.



• 
  

  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.



• 
  

  Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers to ensure satisfaction.



• 
  

  Utilize Oplogic/DealerBuilt for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.



• 
  

  Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business development.



• 
  

  Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.



• 
  

  Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Proven experience in automotive sales management or F and I, with a strong track record of success.



• 
  

  Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.



• 
  

  Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds or similar DMS software is preferred.



• 
  

  Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the automotive sector.



• 
  

  Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
